Describe your event — type, guest count, budget, and location — and our AI analyzes the Finders Events vendor database to recommend the best matches. It considers ratings, pricing, location, and availability. The AI Planner is completely free for hosts to use.

Yes! Every vendor recommended by our AI exists in the Finders Events marketplace. You can click through to view their profile, read reviews, and send inquiries directly.

What happens when I click 'Let Concierge Book This Lineup'?

Accepted Answer

Your AI plan is passed straight into a new concierge brief — event type, guest count, date, budget, location, and the vendor lineup are auto-prefilled so you just confirm and submit. The brief is tagged with an 'AI Plan' badge in the admin pipeline so our concierge team can see the original recommendations and source directly against them, usually within one business day.

What if you don't have vendors for my category yet?

Accepted Answer

When your brief includes a vendor category we don't yet cover in your area, we flag it as 'Host Requested' in our recruitment pipeline and proactively reach out to prospective vendors that match your demand. Recruitment emails only share the aggregated demand signal (category, city, event type) — never your name, contact info, or brief details.

Question 5

Does using Finders Events cost anything for event hosts?

Accepted Answer

No. Browsing vendors, using the AI Planner, sending inquiries, and managing your dashboard are entirely free for hosts. If you'd like full-service booking execution, you can optionally purchase a flat-fee Concierge Services package — pay only for what you use, no subscriptions or tier upgrades.
