Founding invites are limited and only redeemable with a valid link.

You can add it during any concierge checkout — it's bundled into the same Stripe transaction as your brief. Seven days before your pass expires, we automatically email you a one-click renewal link so member pricing never lapses; if you skip renewal, your account simply reverts to standard pricing.

How do I approve or request revisions on my shortlist?

From there you can review each of the 3 professionals, then either approve the lineup (which notifies our team to move you into Pending Contracts) or request revisions with notes for the concierge — a new shortlist is drafted within 24 hours.

When your brief includes a professional category we don't yet cover in your area, we flag it as 'Demand Requested' in our recruitment pipeline and proactively reach out to prospective professionals that match your demand. Recruitment emails only share the aggregated demand signal (category, city, event type) — never your name, contact info, or brief details.

Sign in (or create a free account), tell us your role, and we'll email a 6-digit verification code to your business email. Enter the code — you can resume from the link in that email at any time, and resend a fresh code if it expires. Once verified, an admin reviews the request and you'll get full management access from your professional dashboard.
