Our platform serves as a digital marketplace, facilitating the discovery, interaction, and transaction between individuals or entities planning events (hereafter referred to as "Event Organizers") and various service providers (referred to as "Vendors").
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of our services, whether you are a Vendor offering services, an Event Organizer, or any User of our platform (“Users”).
At Finders Events LLC, we strive to create a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable experience for all our Event Organizers. Our platform is designed to facilitate easy connections, offering a diverse range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each event.
For Our Vendors: This agreement details your responsibilities and obligations in creating and maintaining your profiles, managing content, bookings, and payments, and ensuring professional conduct in all interactions through our platform.
For Our Event Organizers: These terms set forth guidelines for using the platform, including registration, event planning, Vendor selection, payment responsibilities, and the review system.
General Provisions: Both Vendors and Event Organizers (‘Users’) should be aware of our policies on neutrality, nondiscrimination, account security, limited liabilities, and our rights to modify or discontinue services.
By accessing or using the Finders Events LLC platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Your commitment helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our services, ensuring a positive experience for all members of the Finders Events community.
Please take the time to read these terms carefully. Understanding and adhering to them is essential for a successful and enjoyable experience on our platform.

Terms and Conditions for Vendors:

1. Vendor Registration and Account:

1.1 Vendor Registration: To participate on the Finders Events LLC platform, Vendors must undergo a comprehensive registration process. This process is designed to ensure the integrity and quality of our services. During registration, Vendors are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Business Details: Legal name of the business, type of business entity, and any applicable registration numbers or permits.
  • Contact Information: Valid email address, phone number, and physical business address.
  • Services Offered: Detailed description of the services provided, including any specialties or areas of expertise.
  • Pricing: Clear and transparent pricing information for all services offered, including any conditions or variables that may affect the final price.
  • Availability: Availability schedule, including any blackout dates or specific conditions regarding availability.
  • Portfolio/Previous Work: Optional submission of a portfolio or examples of previous work to assist users in making informed decisions.

Vendors are also encouraged to update this information regularly to ensure continued accuracy and relevance. Failure to provide accurate and current information may result in suspension or termination of the Vendor’s account.

1.2 Account Security: Vendors are responsible for creating and safeguarding their account credentials on the Finders Events LLC platform. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and other access information. Vendors should take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to their account, such as:

  • Creating Strong Passwords: Passwords should be complex, unique, and changed regularly.
  • Monitoring Account Activity: Regularly monitor account activity and promptly report any suspicious or unauthorized use.
  • Security Best Practices: Adherence to general online security best practices, such as avoiding the use of the same password across multiple sites and not sharing login credentials with others.

Vendors accept full responsibility for any and all activities that occur under their account. Finders Events LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Vendor’s failure to comply with these security obligations.

2. Vendor Listings and Content:

2.1 Vendor Profiles: Vendors on the Finders Events LLC platform are obligated to create and regularly update their profiles to ensure they provide a true, comprehensive representation of their services. Key components of the Vendor profile include:

  • Business Information: Legal name, type of business, any relevant licenses or certifications, and a brief history or background of the business.
  • Services Offered: Detailed descriptions of services, specializations, and any unique offerings or experiences provided.
  • Pricing Structure: Transparent breakdown of pricing, including any packages, discounts, or additional fees.
  • Availability: Current calendar of availability, including peak times, advance notice requirements, and any blackout dates or restricted periods.
  • Portfolio/Previous Work: Showcase of previous events or services rendered, including images, testimonials, or case studies, where applicable.
  • Contact Details: Up-to-date email, phone number, and physical address for business inquiries.

This comprehensive profile assists Users in making informed decisions and fosters trust and transparency on the platform.

2.2 Content Ownership: Vendors retain full ownership of all content they upload to the Finders Events LLC platform, including images, service descriptions, and portfolio materials. However, by submitting this content, Vendors automatically grant Finders Events LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license. This license allows Finders Events LLC to:

  • Use and Display Content: For the purpose of showcasing services on the platform, in marketing materials, and across various media channels.
  • Modify and Reproduce: To adapt the content for better presentation or format compatibility on the platform or in promotional materials.
  • Distribute: To share the content across various channels for the purpose of promoting the Vendor’s services and the platform.

This license is intended solely for the operation and promotion of the Finders Events LLC platform and does not transfer any ownership rights of the content to Finders Events LLC.

2.3 Content Accuracy: Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all content they provide is accurate, legal, and of high quality. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Service Representation: Honest and clear description of services, avoiding any form of misrepresentation or exaggeration.
  • Pricing Accuracy: Ensuring that all pricing information is current, transparent, and does not include hidden fees or misleading cost structures.
  • Legal Compliance: All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws and advertising standards.
  • Quality Standards: Maintaining a high standard of quality in all content, including clarity and professionalism in images and descriptions.

Vendors are liable for any consequences arising from inaccuracies or legal issues in their content. Finders Events LLC reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates these standards or the platform’s terms of use.

3. Vendor Conduct and Obligations:

3.1 Professionalism: Vendors on the Finders Events LLC platform are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions with Event Organizers and other event organizers. This encompasses several key aspects:

  • Communication: Maintain prompt, clear, and courteous communication. This includes responding to inquiries, providing necessary information, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Service Quality: Deliver services that meet or exceed industry standards. This includes thorough preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience to Event Organizers.
  • Ethical Practices: Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in the industry. This includes honesty in advertising, fairness in pricing, and respect for client confidentiality and privacy.

Professional misconduct or failure to adhere to these standards may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.

3.2 Compliance with Laws: Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to their services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Licenses and Permits: Obtaining and maintaining all necessary business licenses, permits, and certifications required for the provision of their services.
  • Insurance: Securing appropriate insurance coverage to protect their business, employees, and clients.
  • Safety and Health Regulations: Adhering to all safety and health guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for Event Organizers and attendees.

Non-compliance with legal and regulatory requirements may result in legal action against the Vendor and removal from the Finders Events LLC platform.

3.3 Vendor Availability: Vendors are expected to keep their availability status up-to-date on the platform. This includes:

  • Calendar Updates: Regularly updating their availability calendar to reflect true availability.
  • Notification of Changes: Promptly informing Event Organizers and potential clients of any changes to availability, especially in cases of cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to accurately maintain availability information can lead to negative experiences for Event Organizers and may impact the Vendor's standing on the platform.

3.4 Vendor Communication: Effective and professional communication is crucial in the Vendor-client relationship. Vendors are required to:

  • Respond Promptly: Address inquiries, booking requests, and messages from Event Organizers within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Communicate in a manner that is professional, respectful, and in line with the standards of the platform.
  • Issue Resolution: Engage constructively in resolving any disputes or issues that arise with Event Organizers.

Vendors who consistently fail to communicate effectively or ignore inquiries may face account suspension or removal from the platform.

4. Bookings and Payments:

4.1 Booking Process: The booking process on the Finders Events LLC platform is designed to be seamless and transparent for both Vendors and Event Organizers. Vendors acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Acceptance of Bookings: When an Event Organizer selects a Vendor’s services through the platform, the Vendor is expected to honor this booking, subject to any specific terms or agreements made directly with the Event Organizer.
  • Service Obligation: Upon confirmation of a booking, Vendors are obligated to provide the services as described in their profile and as agreed upon in the booking details.
  • Vendor Cancellation and Changes: Where unforeseen challenges arise thereby necessitating the cancellation of an ongoing booking, if a Vendor requests a cancellation, the Event Organizer must respond within 48 hours. The booking will be automatically canceled if the Event Organizer does not respond within 48 hours. This streamlined process aims to efficiently resolve situations where cancellation becomes the most suitable solution. Refunds will be processed through the Finders Events LLC platform to the original payment method used during the booking. Refunds to Event Organizers are subject to the Vendor’s specific terms and conditions.

Non-compliance with the booking process can lead to penalties, including negative reviews, account suspension, or removal from the platform.

4.2 Commission: In consideration for the use of the Finders Events LLC platform and its services, vendors agree to the following commission structure:

  • Commission Fee: Vendors agree to pay Finders Events LLC a commission fee. This fee is calculated as a percentage (15%) of the total value of each successful booking made through the platform. This includes all charges for bookings but excludes any applicable taxes or third-party fees
  • Acknowledgment of Fees: By using the platform, Vendors acknowledge that these commission fees are a necessary part of the services provided and agree to their deduction from the booking payments.

Failure to comply with commission obligations may result in account suspension or other financial penalties.

4.3 Payment Processing: Vendors on the Finders Events LLC platform authorize the platform to handle payment processing for their services in the following manner:

  • Facilitation of Payments: Finders Events LLC will facilitate the collection of payments from Event Organizers on behalf of the Vendors.
  • Payment Terms: Payments to Vendors will be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms, as specified on the platform.
  • Deduction of Fees: Applicable commission fees will be deducted from these payments before they are disbursed to the Vendor.
  • Timely Disbursement: Finders Events LLC commits to processing these payments and disbursing them to Vendors in a timely and efficient manner.

Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information to facilitate this process. Delays or issues arising from incorrect payment information provided by the Vendor will not be the responsibility of Finders Events LLC.

5. Reviews and Ratings:

5.1 Review System: The Finders Events LLC platform features a Review System designed to provide transparency and valuable feedback for both Vendors and Event Organizers. The following outlines the Vendor’s role and expectations within this system:

  • Acknowledgment of Reviews: Vendors acknowledge that after the provision of services, Event Organizers have the opportunity to leave reviews and ratings regarding the Vendor’s performance and service quality.
  • Public Display: These reviews and ratings will be publicly displayed on the Vendor’s profile on the Platform. Vendors understand the importance of these reviews in influencing the decisions of future potential clients.
  • Constructive Feedback: Vendors are encouraged to view this feedback constructively and use it to improve their services and customer interactions.

The Review System is an essential component of maintaining quality and trust within the Finders Events LLC community.

5.2 Review Disputes: While Finders Events LLC encourages open and honest feedback, it also recognizes that disputes may occasionally arise regarding reviews or ratings. In such cases, the following process applies:

  • Dispute Process: Vendors may contact Finders Events LLC to formally address any concerns or disputes related to reviews or ratings left on their profile.
  • Investigation and Action: Finders Events LLC will investigate the disputed review or rating. If the review or rating is found to violate the Platform’s policies, or if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, Finders Events LLC reserves the right to remove or modify it.
  • Vendor Input: Vendors may provide evidence or context to support their dispute claim. However, the final decision regarding the handling of the dispute lies with Finders Events LLC.

This process is designed to ensure fairness and integrity in the Review System, while also protecting the rights and reputation of both Vendors and Event Organizers.

5.3 Integrity of Reviews: Vendors on the Finders Events LLC platform are expected to uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity in relation to the Review System. The following guidelines apply:

  • Prohibition of Fabrication: Vendors are strictly prohibited from fabricating reviews or manipulating the Review System in any way. This includes creating false profiles or submitting false reviews about their own services.
  • No Inducement: Vendors must not coerce, incentivize, or otherwise induce Event Organizers to leave positive reviews. All reviews should be the honest and unbiased opinions of the Event Organizers based on their experiences.

Violation of these guidelines is considered a serious breach of the platform’s policies and may result in penalties, including but not limited to, the removal of fabricated reviews, suspension of the Vendor’s account, or legal action where applicable.

6. Termination:

6.1 Vendor Termination: Vendors have the right to discontinue their association with the Finders Events LLC platform under the following conditions:

  • Voluntary Termination: A Vendor may choose to terminate their account on the Platform at any time. To initiate this process, the Vendor must provide written notice to Finders Events LLC, clearly stating their intention to terminate their account.
  • Account Closure Process: Upon receipt of this notice, Finders Events LLC will guide the Vendor through the account closure process, which includes settling any outstanding obligations, completing any pending transactions, and removing the Vendor’s profile and offerings from the Platform.
  • Data Handling: Following account termination, the Vendor’s data will be handled in accordance with Finders Events LLC’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.2 Platform Suspension or Termination: Finders Events LLC maintains the authority to suspend or terminate a Vendor’s account and access to the Platform under the following conditions:

  • Discretionary Suspension/Termination: Finders Events LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Vendor’s account, either temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
  • Grounds for Action: This action may be taken for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of this Agreement, professional misconduct, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Notice and Explanation: In cases where practicable, Finders Events LLC will provide the Vendor with notice of suspension or termination, along with an explanation for the action taken.
  • Appeal Process: Vendors may have the opportunity to appeal a suspension or termination decision, depending on the circumstances. The appeal process, if available, will be communicated at the time of action.

General Provisions

1. Intellectual Property:

All Users of the Finders Events LLC platform, including both Vendors and Event Organizers (collectively the “Users”), are subject to the following guidelines regarding the platform’s intellectual property:

  • Ownership of Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, encompassing its website, user interface, branding, logos, design, and all content therein, remain the exclusive property of Finders Events LLC. This includes any modifications, enhancements, or updates to the Platform.
  • Prohibition of Unauthorized Use: Users are strictly prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of any intellectual property belonging to Finders Events LLC without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of the Platform’s branding, design elements, or content is expressly forbidden.
  • Protection of Brand Identity: Users must respect and uphold the brand identity of Finders Events LLC, avoiding actions that could harm, dilute, or misrepresent the brand and its intellectual property.
  • Seeking Permission for Use: If a User wishes to utilize any intellectual property of Finders Events LLC, such as logos or branding elements, for any purpose (including promotional material or collaborations), they must first obtain explicit written permission from Finders Events LLC. Such use must align with the company’s brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate termination of the User’s account and access to the Platform.

2. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification: Users of the Finders Events LLC platform have the following indemnification responsibilities:

  • Scope of Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finders Events LLC, including its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorney fees), or expenses that arise from their use of the Platform or their respective roles and activities within it.
  • Claims Covered: This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising out of the User’s breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, any misrepresentation or negligent activities, violations of applicable laws or regulations, or infringement of intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
  • Defense and Cooperation: Users are expected to cooperate fully in the defense against any such claims and may be required to provide relevant information and assistance as part of this indemnification.

No Liability for Third Parties: Finders Events LLC’s position regarding third-party liabilities is as follows:

  • Exclusion of Liability: Finders Events LLC shall not be held liable for any actions, omissions, or conduct of any Users or third parties utilizing the Platform. This includes but is not limited to, interactions between Users, transactions, and any content posted or shared on the Platform.
  • User Interactions: Users acknowledge that their interactions with other Users or third parties on the Platform are conducted at their own risk. Finders Events LLC is not involved in these interactions and therefore bears no responsibility for any outcomes.

Limitation of Liability: Regarding the extent of Finders Events LLC’s liability, the following applies:

  • Extent of Liability: In no event shall Finders Events LLC be liable to Users for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, or under any other theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, the services provided, or this Agreement.
  • Damages Included: This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Finders Events LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Essential Basis of Agreement: The limitations set forth in this clause form an essential basis of the Agreement between the Users and Finders Events LLC and shall apply regardless of whether any remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

3. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Finders Events LLC is based. Disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods. If unresolved, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

4. Neutral Venue

Finders Events acts as a neutral venue to facilitate connections between Event Organizers and Vendors. We are not a party to any agreements or contracts between Event Organizers and Vendors. We do not control and are not responsible for the quality, timing, legality, failure to provide, or any other aspect whatsoever of the services offered by Vendors.

5. Nondiscrimination Policy

Finders Events does not tolerate discrimination. Event Organizers and Vendors must provide their services and use the platform without discriminating against individuals or groups based on race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other protected status.

6. Accounts, Passwords, and Security

As a User of Finders Events LLC, you bear the sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. Any activity occurring under your account falls under your responsibility. We, at Finders Events LLC, cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your password or account information. Furthermore, our liability is limited in cases where incorrect or incomplete account details are provided to us, especially in situations involving payment processing to Vendors. Should the provision of inaccurate information lead to delays or errors in payments made by Finders Events LLC to Vendors, our liability remains limited. It is crucial for all information, particularly that which pertains to account and payment details, to be accurate and up-to-date to ensure smooth transactions and interactions within our platform.

7. Changes to Services

Finders Events LLC reserves the full right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of the Services offered on our Platform at any time, without prior notice to our Users. This includes making changes to existing services, introducing new offerings, or ceasing operations of certain aspects of our platform as deemed necessary. Additionally, we hold the authority to limit or terminate your access to the Services for any reason. This action may be taken in response to User conduct that we determine to be in violation of our terms and conditions, or for other reasons at our discretion. We recommend Users stay informed of any changes to our services and policies by reviewing our updates regularly.

8. Linked Websites

Our Platform may feature links to third-party websites. Please be aware that Finders Events LLC does not have control over, and therefore bears no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. We provide these links for your convenience and information, but your interaction with any linked website is solely at your own risk. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Platform and to read the privacy statements and terms and conditions of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

9. Billing and Cancellation Policies:

a. Payment Responsibility: Users are obligated to settle all applicable fees outlined in agreements facilitated through the Platform, encompassing mobile applications or goods and/or services offered by Vendors. All payment, including associated taxes, must be made promptly using a valid payment method specified within the Platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are nonrefundable, quoted in U.S. Dollars, and payable by the specified methods. Any changes to debit/credit card information or suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly to admin@findersevents.com.

b. Unpaid Fees: In the event of Unpaid Fees, all Users agree to promptly settle outstanding amounts. Additionally, interest may be charged at a rate of 2.0% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) on unpaid balances. Partial payments will be applied to recent fees, including interest. Finders Events LLC commits not to impose late fees or interest on a User's credit card. Users also agree to cover any attorney fees and collection costs incurred by Finders Events LLC and grant authorization for appropriate reports to credit agencies, financial institutions, tax agencies, and law enforcement.

c. Correction of Payment Errors: Finders Events LLC reserves the right to rectify processing errors by debiting or crediting the payment method used. Users are directed to resolve payment errors with other Users (including vendors), absolving Finders Events LLC of liability for such errors.

d. Third-Party Payment Gateway Providers: Transactions via the Platform may involve third-party payment gateway providers, subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.

e. Account Charges: Users are accountable for all charges incurred under their account. Failure to make timely payments may result in account deactivation, irrespective of the amount owed. Users are also responsible for applicable taxes on Services use, with any collected taxes added to the billing account.

f. Authorization and Payment Processing: Users expressly authorize us to debit or credit funds from their chosen payment method until preferences are modified or canceled within the Platform. Vendors bear responsibility for payment method processing fees, including payment processing and associated bank fees.

g. Automatic Membership Renewal (“Auto-Renew”): Vendors enrolling with us may be subject to automatic renewal unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Users enrolled in auto-renew programs are charged at the start of each new membership term. To avoid renewal fees, cancellation must occur before the renewal date, as specified in the agreement. Monthly or periodic payment plan cancellations may still incur charges until the originally scheduled expiration date. Renewal pricing terms are subject to change with prior notice before each billing period.

h. Cancellation Policy: All subscriptions with us are for a 12-month minimum initial term and set up to auto renew subsequently on a month-to-month basis. Upon completion of the initial term, you may request to downgrade or cancel your subscription by sending an email to admin@findersevents.com. Please be advised that we require a minimum of 5 business days before your next scheduled payment to modify your subscription.

10. Payment Terms

Important Definitions

Capitalized Terms: Capitalized terms not defined herein shall hold the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.

Finders Events LLC Balance: Finders Events LLC Balance encompasses the consolidated amount of Vendor Proceeds, returned payments from canceled orders as an Event Organizer, and/or Finders Events Pro Balance as defined in the Finders Events Pro Terms of Service.

Payment Gateway Provider(s): Payment Gateway Providers are entities providing Payment Gateways on the Finders Events LLC platform. These services include collecting funds from Event Organizers, remitting and withdrawing funds to Vendors, currency exchange services, and holding funds related to Finders Events LLC Balances.

Proceeds: Proceeds refer to the monetary compensation earned by Vendors from completed orders, which can be withdrawn or utilized for purchases on Finders Events LLC, subject to these Terms.

a) Receiving Payments
General: For each successfully completed booking, Vendors are credited with proceeds equal to 85% of the purchase amount.
Finders Events LLC credits Vendors upon booking completion, as defined in the “Booking and Payments” section.
Vendors bear responsibility for direct or indirect taxes applicable based on residency or location, and assure compliance with tax obligations.

b) Appointment as Limited Payment Collection Agent: Vendors appoint Finders Events LLC as their limited authorized payment collection agent, facilitating payments from Event Organizers and remitting them to Vendors. Event Organizer payments to Finders Events LLC are deemed equivalent to payments made directly to Vendors. In case Finders Events LLC fails to remit amounts to Vendors, Vendors have recourse solely against Finders Events LLC.
Finders Events LLC may articulate the terms herein in various service-related documents as deemed necessary.
Finders Events LLC collaborates with Payment Gateways Providers for payment collection, transfer, and fund holding.

c) Withdrawing Proceeds
To withdraw proceeds, Vendors must have an account with a Finders Events LLC Payment Gateway Provider. All eligible funds for withdrawal are held with Finders Events LLC’s Payment Gateways Provider.
Vendors associate their Finders Events LLC profile with one account per withdrawal method. Proceeds are available for withdrawal after a safety clearance period of 14 days post-order completion.
Withdrawal fees vary based on the method chosen and are irreversible once initiated. Security concerns may temporarily disable withdrawal capabilities.
Disabled account withdrawals are subject to a 90-day safety period post-verification.

d) Withdrawal Methods
PayPal: Withdraw to PayPal Account with varying fees based on location.

Bank Transfer: Withdraw with a fixed fee.

Additional fees may apply.

11. Payment Transactions Policy

  • Payment Processing on Finders Events Platform:
    • All payment transactions related to services offered by Vendors on the Finders Events platform must be conducted exclusively through the platform’s integrated payment system.
  • Prohibition of Off-Platform Transactions:
    • Vendors and Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in transactions outside the Finders Events platform.

1.2 Account Security: Vendors are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords. Any activity that occurs under a Vendor’s account is their sole responsibility.

2.1 Vendor Profiles: Vendors are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and comprehensive profiles on the Platform, including business information, services offered, pricing, availability, portfolio, and contact details.

2.2 Content Ownership: Vendors retain ownership of the content they provide on the Platform, including images, descriptions, and portfolio materials. However, by submitting content, Vendors grant Finders Events LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

2.3 Content Accuracy: Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content they provide. Vendors must not misrepresent their services, pricing, availability, or any other aspect of their offerings.

3.2 Compliance with Laws: Vendors shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the provision of their services, including obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and insurance.

3.3 Vendor Availability: Vendors shall keep their availability up-to-date on the Platform and promptly notify event hosts of any changes or unavailability.

5.2 Review Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a review or rating, Vendors may contact Finders Events LLC to address the issue. Finders Events LLC reserves the right to remove or modify reviews that violate its policies or are deemed fraudulent or malicious.

6.1 Vendor Termination: Vendors may terminate their account on the Platform at any time by providing written notice to Finders Events LLC.
